The P8B75-V ASUS Intel Motherboard is a very economical and feature packed motherboard that includes almost every feature a regular computer user would need. This unboxing goes over many of those features.
I have personally worked with ASUS motherboards for years. In those times, I’ve had very few issues with the performance of the boards. Over time, I got used to the way their BIOS and configurations were setup so I regularly started buying them.
While ASUS is a great brand, it’s not the only good brand out there. In fact, if you’ve watched my previous video guides on buying hardware, you know that brand is one of the last qualities of hardware I put huge emphasis on.
The most important factor I look into is user reviews. As of the making of this video the ASUS Intel Motherboard P8B75-V only costs $90 and packs a 4 out of 5 egg review on Newegg. Usually I try for a larger review base, but this is a newer board.
This board sports the Core i3, i5 and i7 series socket LGA 1155, has 4 DDR memory dimm slots that support up to DDR3 2200 when overclocked, and has a single PCI Express 3.0 graphics slot. In other words, it is fully capable of running most modern hardware for mid grade systems.
This is a great mid grade system board and I strongly recommend it to anyone looking to build a solid system at an economical price.
