Pour ceux qui demandent la traduction en français : ce produit est un cauchemar, j'ai dépensé 20€ pour rien. Pas intuitif du tout, ne marche pas correctement, confond synchronisation et sauvegarde, pas de manuel utilisateur, fausse assistance en ligne, et assistance par mail qui semble aussi à l'ouest… Il y a d'autres produits !
This product is a nightmare, and the assistance is as good as the user guide. One advice, choose something else ! As an it developper I'm used to applications, this one I can't even make it work properly. And the product itself seems to be confused with the difference between backup and sync… 20€ wasted…
I have rarely seen a more pathetic UX than the ASUS web storage version in 2019-2020. It installs on my ASUS in W10, opens the cloud folder in an Explorer window with a PDF showing screenshots of the so-called control panel to set up various settings/schedules etc. but that stupid control panel is nowhere to be found. And no instructions can be found online either. Their website has a bot that a 9-year old could have created and it is totally garbage. Zero response from ASUS online either.

This is the most frustrating thing I have encountered in 2015! This video is a perfect example. It sells me on all the good the app will do, but I cannot for the life of me understand how to use the features that are described! I can drop things into my Asus Cloud area but even after downloading what I thought was the app I needed, I cannot figure out how to use the features that are promoted here! I give up. I'll just use DropBox, thanks.

This the 3rd time I have a 401 error in working with Asus Web Storage. Coupled with your non-intuitive procedures, working with Asus is like trying to run in quicksand. I won't even get into grammar, sentence structure, confusing layout and extremely slow processing speeds. Oh well…

Wow this is amazing! I remember when you could acces all ther files you had uploaded to one of all those free websites with a few GB of space to use for upploading files.AND I'M NOT LYING NOW! You could acces it from any computer in the world with internet connection.Webhotells anyone?
