With a tight budget, I'll be getting a Crucial 2400mhz unbuffered 1x8GB Ram, Aorus RX570 4GB Graphics Card, MSI B450 PRO-VDH Motherboard, Cooler Master MWE 550W PSU, 1TB Barracuda 7200rpm Seagate HDD. I am new to Overclocking but I'll want to get 3.7ghz (at the max). Usage will be for long-hours heavy 3D Modelling and renders. Correct me If I am wrong.

Those heatsinks have sticky tape and when mobo is horizontal it is ok, but when mobo is in tower case heatsinks can drop off and make a mess. This is not a serious solution, and I would really like to see vrm cooling solution for cheap ASUS B350 mobos.

the VRM to the left of the cpu socket also had resistors yet you covered those up but you didn't for the ones above the cpu? also I think the VRMs would be raised higher off the board than the resistors so it would be ok to put them directly on top

I have the same CPU and same Mainboard, but GTX 1060 OC 6GB.
The safest OC I went through was 3.650 GHz, with the stock cooler, VCore @ 2.750
Any tip how I can go up or should I stay at that speed?
