Where is power failure loss

Few days before I installed the Windows,everything was ok,then I did something stupid:changed to uefi only mode (without legacy).
In uefi mode,priority was first usb drive then hard disk (nvme) where windows was installed, and I disabled the rest.
Restart,and nothing.
Pc starts,fans working,but no signal on monitor and cannot acces bios.
I cleared cmos,upgraded bios,swap memory,changed gpu,still nothing,cannot go in bios.The funny thing is I am not alone,I found at least five similar situations on internet where they changed boot order and black screeen after,but no any solutions.
My mb is Tomahawk b450 max. If anybody have any clue why this happened,feel free to post.

Hi, i am no professionell and have a problem with the boot priority overview. I have two drives, one SSD and one HDD. I installed windows with a 8GB-Stick on the SSD and now everyday when i boot the system wants the USB-Stick again. I was in the MSI BIOS but there are so many boot options shown, i dont find the SSD and its too much for me. Can you help me?
hey i have b450m gaming plus when i put my ram to 2933 mhz using xmp profile the dram voltage stays at 1.2 like before and it makes my pc unstable , any fix?

Hi people, i built rysen5 1600, gpu msi rx 480 gaming x 8gb, 8gb ram lpx corsair ssd kingstone and msi b450 gaming plus, it works all games with no problem but i have a problem, when sometimes i start my pc a red light remains on the motherboard and i have to shut down forced pls can anyone help me what to do?

I have a B450 Max motherboard with DDR4 3200 32gb ram and I just noticed that at first boot I changed the Ram from 2133 MHz to 3200mhz and now it reverted back to 2133mhz and I don't know why. I just went into Bios to make the changes again and did a save but at reboot it failed to make the adjustments and I had to return to default Boot settings. I am very new to this so I may be doing something wrong, but I have no idea what that may be. I was sure my settings were saved and was astonished that the settings are not saving. What am I doing wrong?

im still useing disk for loading os on my PC , and i prefer to keep useing the OS disk rom , then a flash drive.
This sucks… be useful and tell me if current boards ship with BIOS 7A40vA7 or better so an R5 3600 will run on the damn thing. I don't have a gen 2 chip to update BIOS and there's no BIOS Flashback.
