I bought a version without the HDD or RAM installed and inside the HDD bay was a cassette that lets you install two SSDs. I bought one SSD with it and installed it in the cassette. So you said that it comes pre-installed with programs… not always correct so be aware of which VIVOPC option you choose to buy…. some are barebone.
