So it's been more than 1 year since you posted this video. Were you able to go out and upgrade the ram and install ssd like you mentioned in the video? And do you know how much do the service centre charge for upgrading the ram and ssd.

Hi, because i use same laptop as you use, can you help me ? 3 days ago i got stuck in bios, and then i bring to repair place, and then the guy said my harddisk is not connected and he reinstall windows 10. But after repair finally i can go inside the home but something wrong with my laptop. The asus's pack or apps gone. And also the wallpaper not same as i bought it in the beginning. How can i do for solved this ?

This laptop has worst keyboard, keys are hard to press as compared to any other lenovo, dell laptop. Causes pain in fingers after contiguous typing.
