You can run the GPU oveclocked at up to 1800mhz, I even run a normal 1050 4gb at that speed, also have you 9verclocked the vram?
I had same temps when i buy it, but with few tips i squezed max out of the machine, first disable turbo, then undervolt cpu & gpu then repaste with grizzly kryonaut, since then never had throttle even in the summer. Still use it to date and im satisfied.
Hi, can you share the setting of your laptop. I have the same laptop but i can't even play dota 2 with it.
can you do me a favor and tell me what software it is that comes with the computer that allows you to control things like fan speed? I have this laptop, and my computer has taken some extreme performance hits. it performs nowhere close to what it should. even on things like Fortnite with low settings and 70% 3d res, it only pulls like 60fps. I have altered Nvidia control panel, and i have cleaned out the fan. the only other thing I can think of would be new thermal paste, but it's not overheating. pls help if you can.
