how much did you put into this laptop? i bought one a few years ago lost the charger and finally ordered one to mess with during the quarantine. I have a few external drives i was gonna hook up to it, as i mostly surf the web and watch youtube, not looking to game on it.
well… i have this laptop but to me this is not a "laptop", to me its more kinda pad with PC futures, the only things you can do with it is watch Netflix, YouTube, surf webb, check your email etc. i have also noticed that this kinda laptops do have problems when it comes to use of traditional pc programs and tasks cuz lack of performance so here are some tips: 1. remove all apps, programs possible you dont use 2. use Microsoft Edge as main web browser cuz it is best for atom CPUs 3. set Windows Modules Installer to manual and turn of Windows Update cuz this 2 tasks are the main reason why cpu usage is high for no reason 🙂 enjoy 🙂
For some reason, E402S's fan doesn't want to turn back on after the laptop has been woken up from sleep. It runs fine beforehand, but it won't start up again after sleep. It causes my machine to freeze when it comes time to run something intensive on it. BIOS update needed, maybe?
